CLVRSAINT Returns & Exchange Policy

Return Window
All returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached.

Non-Defect Returns

• Customer covers return shipping unless stated otherwise
• Once received and inspected, refund or exchange is processed within 5-7 business days
• Refunds issued to original payment method; store credit offered as an alternative if preferred

Defective or Damaged Items

• No return shipping cost to the customer for confirmed defects
• Photo of the issue required before a replacement or refund is issued
• Replacement prioritized over refund when the item is back in stock

Final Sale Items

• Limited/numbered drop items may be marked final sale — state this clearly on the product page at checkout, not just in the policy page, so there's no ambiguity post-purchase

Sizing Exchanges

• One free size exchange per order within the return window, subject to stock availability
• If the requested size is unavailable, refund is offered instead
